The aerial imagery shows two-way exit here. Is this perhaps a false one-way street, where it is actually two-way but no entry at the other end.

Works taking place on the Marchwood Bypass Approach to Rushington Roundabout to add a new bus lane & new foot/cycleway. Signage for works have been erected, but no works taken place yet.
