This node appears in the middle of the street. If you're referring to the video detection camera on the signal mast arm, that's not a Flock camera but a video traffic detection camera (which is not recording, just looking for cars, trucks, bicycles and motorcycles waiting for the light to change).

Objects should be added at their actual location, not just assumed to be at the bridge footing. MUTCD standards and common sense usually puts barriers considerably further from workzones.
