The road you added as Cochran Ave was removed since 2014 when the new building came up.

Several of your edits are completely nonsense and they cannot be verified.

In that morning I was passing by the area and heading south into PA. Town of Dickinson said that it was a temporary closure:

Weather condition was bad around the time because of raining. But it has been 5 days so I would hazard a guess that the construction had been done. As a result I've reopened the road.

As mentioned before, please consider using MD state wide 6 inch imagery to draw features (it does not show up in your changeset). Mapbox *does* provide higher resolution imagery but it is infamous for inconsistent offsets.

The building you added here has offset as well. You are recommended to draw the feature using Mapbox (if it is not dated) and then calibrate with MD statewide orthoimagery.
