I am reviewing your mappings and am sorry to say that your mapping skills are not sufficient to map to map on these complex building situations.
Even high experienced mappers have difficulty accurately representing the buildings here.
The combination of Hi-rise buildings , lower building blocks, and lower buildings makes it difficult.

It a challenge to map high rise buildings correctly. They have a different appoach.
Map over the roofline and move the whole to its footprint.
Check this footage please.
You might change the imagery as well. Esri world shows also a better view.
When you mapped a high building correctly, the mapping appeared on both images on the footprint.(correct offset where needed)

Why just draw a rectangle when you see that the buildings are more complex? A number are identical, so you can copy/paste them. The imagery is so good that it is easy to follow the rooflines.
