This app requires that I review everything as good or bad. There is no in between. When I mark it as bad, it may only be that it doesn't fit the OSM tagging scheme. I'll leave a changeset comment with what I found.

Why are you changing footways to paths. The wiki highway=path clearly shows what a path should look like. This is a footway, see highway=footway

No, what I'm saying is that SEO edits are notorious for bad quality. I do find it interesting that both businesses show up on a web search at that address. Both have pictures of what appear to be the same building.

I changed this to landuse=commercial since there is no wooded area. You could add the wooded area. I typically get a large area and tag it natural=wood so I can be areas that are logged and areas that are not designated for logging. Let me know if you need help.

Driveways should be tagged as highway=service + service=driveway. We also don't add descriptive names. Can you correct the tagging and remove the descriptive name?
