This building seems to be the back side of the building on the parallel street (the hostel) and has only got an emergency exit and a service entrance. Both unnumbered.

This Pilpel location does not exist according to https://www.pilpel.co.uk/locations/
And there is one actually on Brushfield street, maybe a hundred meters south west.
