Check whether the road is really allowing bike in counterflow : it's actually not clear whether bikes are allowed riding counterflow, on one side of the street there is an exception for them, but not on the other side #survey

Hier is duidelijk iets mis met de kaart. Je kan volgens de kaart niet met de fiets tot dit punt komen, maar vanaf hier staat de R4 richting oost ingetekend als toegelaten voor fietsers, met een fietspad.
