Some of these roads have both access=private and foot=yes, while others only have access=private. The foot=yes tags date from 5 years ago. Can anyone with local knowledge change these if they are wrong? Because there seems to be no logic as to which ones have both and which ones have only one of these tags.

I don't think this path exists anymore. If it still does, then I think the shape should be altered to represent it better.
