The building in question is identical in size in Bing & Mapbox, latter though suffering from heavy fog world wide. As for mapping areas, I refer you to the Wiki that explains how to map an area with an inner space, where the building is. In ALL imagery there's a fringe around the building. If there is not in real life then the cutout is not even needed, just plump the building on. Since there's no discernable way to the building that would be OK

(In sources we may not us for mapping the building is also still the same fully enveloped by grass, looking like a utlility service building)

Obviously if the Mapbox imagery is newer v.v. particulars of new/replaced buildings and new/changed roads you make the best of it,

No, i 6 duplicati li ho lasciati stare perché non ho accesso “on-the-ground” per verificare quale numero è corretto e quale è il duplicato.
JOSM avverte quando ci sono due numeri uguali nella stessa strada. Ha anche un plugin per cambiare automaticamente l'addr:street quando il nome della via viene cambiato/corretto.

PS Il protocollo per i numeri civici quando hanno un suffisso alfa è sempre scritto in minuscolo, ad esempio 53a. Quando hanno un suffisso numerico, ad esempio /1, rimane così. L'Istat sembra dettare i formati dei numeri civici dove ufficialmente /1 /2 ecc. non è consentito, ma è comunque la realtà che anche il portalettere utilizza.

Don't know why you removed the tratto primo / secondo from the Via Enrico Jasonni names here, "fixed shops, streets" as CS header explains absolutely zilch, but now all addresses, like 10 are flagged as incorrect. Kindly fix.
(If at all, those names with tratto could have been placed in alt_name so they remain searchable in OSM). Certainly the number of calls I've had by couriers and others that they can't find our housenumber are countless. It's because it's on a disconnected part from the original which used to be one).

in riferimento alla discussione sugli indirizzi, ho usato le funzioni di ricerca di JOSM per filtrare i nodi di indirizzi creati da voi (sì, è possibile filtrare anche in base all'utente), e non avevano codice postale/città. Ho anche corretto il formato del telefono con il layout E123. Il risultato è in questo set di modifiche per il blocco che è stato incluso:

Non so come fare nell'ID Editor, ma è sufficiente selezionarli uno per uno e applicare le aggiunte di tag.
In JOSM è molto facile cercare e filtrare i nodi degli indirizzi. Selezionare un'area, cercare addr:housenumber e addr:street, eseguire un secondo filtro per rimuovere quelli che hanno già addr:postcode + addr:city e aggiungere i tag nella finestra di selezione. Lo faccio in zone piccole o le seleziono rapidamente tenendo premuto il tasto shift per essere sicuro di non cambiare gli indirizzi al di fuori di una zona CAP. La mia città ha 9 codici CAP, quindi lo faccio per strada, ma la maggior parte è già completa.
Purtroppo la mappatura dei confini dei comuni e dei codici postali è scarsa per cui non è possibile affidarsi all'automazione.

È una storia lunga, ma è preferibile aggiungere addr:postcode e addr:city agli indirizzi. Giulianova è 64021. Cercare CAP ad esempio su https://www.nonsolocap.it/cap/giulianova/

I numeri di telefono devono essere formattati come E123 (vedi wiki). Ciò consente ai programmi esterni di utilizzare il numero di telefono. I numeri che sono cellulari vanno nel formato mobile=+39 123 456 7890. I numeri telefonici gratuiti vanno in formato phone:IT=123 456 789 e non hanno il prefisso internazionale. C'è sempre uno spazio dopo il prefisso internazionale, così come c'è uno spazio dopo il prefisso della città.

Il tag disused è in realtà usato come prefisso a un oggetto, quindi l'edificio diventa disused:building= . Si veda il wiki sul ciclo di vita per i dettagli, come disused, abandoned, razed.

Some corrections area in "notmyproblem". Your Mapbox Satellite imagery seems poorly aligned, the builing was oversized. Added a tree row while there.
Not good in a self intersection area, the grass. Proper is to map the outline of the grass areas, map the inner space line then select both outer and inner lines holding the shift key and create a multipolygon which is real easy in ID Editor (It's right click to open the pop-up menu and hit the plus(+) option.

a fat finger moment... the special italian ù is right next to the enter key, so while typing blind, where 'de' fills in decoration, the ù then causes this to happen. Just corrected it with using and overpass script to find them all in JOSM. Now reading denotation=decoration.
