On OSM we draw borders according to actual on the ground control. Not according to how we'd like the borders to look. See osm.wiki/Disputed_territories for more information.

All the reverts are already listed in the revert:id field

Before you resume mapping, please answer whether you have gotten written permission to import this data into OSM and whether you've completed the osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines before adding all this data.

There is no such rule, someone just added this tag because presumably they were unsure about its existence back then. If it is still there, just remove the fixme.

I just restored all the data to before your import. That tag was originally added 3 years ago in changeset/124863320
