Ahoj, ano, robím to už tak, resp. vodné toky na Slovensku pri pridávání wikidata ignorujem - všetky kontrolované Wikidata už na relácii mali. Toto bol ešte nejaký starší changeset.

Zda je kemp na Vltavě nebo v lese je jedno. Kemp v reálu existuje, je přístupný a v OSM byl správně otagovany. Nevidím důvod proč by v mapě být nemohl. Pokud je kemp soukromý, je možné přidat tag access=private. Mazání není správný přístup.

Hi, the general names like "Telecommunication tower", "Factory" etc. can not be placed to the NAME tag, but at most maybe to the DESCRIPTION tag or similar. You did it in this case and also in many others. I deleted the name tag.
