Actually this should be split into two: numbers 40 and 42.

To the right of 21 is a new development, a residential house at the same level as the other buildings. It's still under construction at the time of writing.

Really not sure about the house number here. The gate says "30A", as well as "30 ANDTHE COTTAGE!" (or the 'D' might be an 'O'...).

Looks like construction here at the moment.
Remove the three buildings, and re-survey when construction completes.
