New building, not on imagery

the geometry of the coast here seams off since the water enters the marina on imagery but this is not shown in the geometry of the coast or mapped as a body of water, also the website listed seams to be down.

From what I can tell the construction for the new Inter Miami stadium has started as of the begging of August, while I haven’t been able to ensure this in person there have been multiple news sources teleporting that construction has started. I can’t tell if that’s ok to be used as a source for OSM commits. If the construction has started then all the data within the golf course should be removed since it no longer is there and it should be tagged as a construction site, from what I can tell this also applies to the adjacent park.
