AFAIK, the company registered in the Channel Islands(?) is Eir. A search of https://search.cro.ie/company/CompanySearch.aspx shows about 70 different Irish-registered companies and registered business names under both Eir and Eircom.

I have almost all their other assets (except street_cabinet, phone lines and poles) tagged as Eir:
Eir (231),
Eircom (1),
Eircom Wholesale (3).

For the Eir store, operator=Eircom or operator=Eir ?

These ways are untagged and don't join up with the adjacent roads.

Are the part of MTB tracks?

voltage=medium is a tag I use where I don't know the voltage and I am presuming it to be 33kV (38kV in RoI), but it could be a step higher or lower.

The relation has a fixme="Should be 18 turbines, but more included in this area. Possible has separate name". I suspect the 3 in Co Cavan aren't included in that count. Where is the count from?

Ultimately, unless you want to double back, it only leads to motorways. The "motorway ahead" sign is east of the Bewley's (Clayton Hotel) roundabout.

To be honest, the situation / signage is a bit of a shambles, with a mix of blue, green and white signage in use. The roads schedule, like many, is incomplete.

If you mean the signs like this: https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/yj7B8VwmmwLWpc0gk0OkgQ then they should not be marked as "R139" (meaning "this is the R139"), but as "(R139)" (meaning "this leads to the R139")
