'permit' value means that basically everyone gets the permit, just needs to ask for it at some authority. That probably isn't the case here, if it is a private property of the school, it does not give drive through permits to general public.

Zmena railway=stop na railway=station dost meni vyznam bodu. Mali by existovat oba body. To, ze sa Vam to niekde "nespravne" vykresluje neznamena, ze je to v OSM nespravne. Ale niektore pripady vyzeraju, ze uz ich nespravne zmenili autori pred Vami (zase 'halt' na 'stop'). Vy ste to len vratili naspat, ale neopravili ste polohu bodu.
