Could this be 'Pont Felindre' and not 'Bont Felindre'?

'Bont' is the softly mutated form of 'Pont' and therefore needs a trigger to mutate, which isn't present here.

Needs survey or verify through council website (has it had work done? there could be a bilingual notice)
