Are you sure the address is correct for Avon Cottages? The postcode is not in the normal format for UK postcodes (I would expect it to begin "SO24"), the housenumber is unexpectedly large, it's not on Younce Road (it's on Petersfield Road), and it's not in a city named Avon.

Thanks for adding this public footpath. The "Name" field is for the actual name, rather than a description. Are you sure this (Cove Road) is a dual carriageway - i.e. "a road with a dividing strip or barrier between the traffic in opposite directions" (dual_carriageway=yes)? From memory, this is just a single carriageway road, with a restriction preventing motor vehicles from joining Elsmleigh Road from Cove Road (although bicycles are allowed), and another preventing all right turns from Elmsleigh Road onto Cove Road.
Were the shops on Cove Road demolished to build this dual carriageway?
If it's not a dual carriageway, you might want to look at osm.wiki/Relation:restriction
