In the process I found way/171474869 and way/171473514 which uses building=townhomes.
This tag is only used here.
From my point of view building=townhouse, terrace or house would fit better.

The statement 'This tag is only used here.' is a rest from the text template I use for changeset comments. My fault.
It's a pity building=terraced_house and building=townhouse are not listed in the options given here: building=terrace.
Normally I check there to understand what a tag means.
Btw., I'm aware that building=terrace is a row of houses, but I wrote building=building=terraced. From my point of view tags locking so similar should be changed.
I'll leave the mentioned houses untouched and correct the different spellings of building=townshouse (townhouses, townhosue etc.) to townshouse.

The situation at way/1060002294 and surrounding houses is simmilar. Here you use building=terraced_house.

С моей точки зрения construction:building=yes в сочетании с description=Строящийся Физкультурно-оздоровительный комплекс подошел бы лучше.

This tag is only used here.
It looks to me as if you are not aware of building=static_caravan.
I have corrected the four tags and hope that is OK for you.

Dabei habe ich way/1034107756 gefunden. Es verwendet "building=Am See".
Dieses Tag wird nur hier verwendet. Ich nehme an gemeint ist building=yes und "name=Am See"

W trakcie tego procesu znalazłem way/935034247,https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/935033552 i way/935033553, które używają building=ytial.
Ten znacznik jest używany tylko tutaj.
Nie mam pojęcia, co miałeś na myśli. Czy mógłbyś mi pomóc?

From my point of view building=tomp would fit better.
Eventhough it's not defined it's used 3910 times.

С моей точки зрения, лучше бы подошли теги building=service или building=industrial.
