This is actually two separate buildings. The 10-story building is 3331 and there is a two-story building 3313 that appears to be either originally built as a house or a small Office space.

Duplicate addresses; these buildings should not all have the same address. Address of apartment complex should be moved to a landuse area.

Is this still an active railroad crossing? Looks like it might have been paved over from current imagery.
