Tesla website mentions 24 superchargers, node only 20. which one is correct?

I assume this supercharger position is wrong and it is not in the building?

This supercharger has been updated with more stalls and newer chargers, but i'm not sure if all of them where.

Tesla shows another point more south, is there a second stall or has it been updated?

is this supercharger actually for free?

What is the maxspeed here? Its zoll, so should be 20, but the last speed limit sign is 50. The other side is 40, which is weird too.
