I see Tuen Mun LRT is elevated. Then, how may passengers access these elevated platforms?

When I visited a few days ago, the one-way traffic around T5-10 seems to run anticlockwise now, judging from the painted arrows on the street.

I didn't get to check the whole street in detail though, so this could be wrong. Someone might want to verify if able.
