The road name was correct before. The issue was the apartment complex not being fully mapped. Fixed in changeset/149842271

I don't think backyard trampolines should be mapped. You can move them around at any time. It's like a soccer goal, I'd think. In the same vein, you wouldn't map an inflatable pool, but we map in-ground and in-deck pools.

An area is not a real thing in the OSM software. It's just a closed way as identified by iD. The real issue is that swimming_pool=water is an unrecognized tag. You should use leisure=swimming_pool instead.

access=no is still inappropriate, and I imagine anyone can still use the path to walk along Foshay Avenue. It would be better to tag the parking restrictions on Foshay Avenue.
