| 177974120 | I noticed the added exit way from Hwy 20 to North Skagit Street. We typically don't add a turn way unless there is a physical barrier. I just just there this week and I don't recall a barrier but I know they did construction at this intersection. also if there is a barrier, it should be tagged as a primary link. |

| 178239584 | It was my understanding that access to the much of the dike is restricted. I know there are paths that do allow access, but most seems to be closed. I believe there was a sign near the Anytime Fitness in Mount Vernon saying something that it was private property keep out. Can you verify that these are open to the public?
