Road 3000 is currently closed in both directions at this spot since this bridge is under construction. Should that be added to the map?

This was a dirt haul road associated with a coal mine that was abandoned over 20 years ago. The road no longer exists but I was not able to delete it for some reason. Does anyone know why the delete feature was greyed out for this road?
