I can't see any change on the objects added by this project for the past week. I also didn't get any response from any of the other mappers involved in the project.

This import went wrong. All the objects contain many tags that shouldn't appear in OSM like "ROOF_TYPE". Height of buildings with nanometer precision are also pretty useless.
This should be reverted and redone following all of the Import Guidelines.

This might be a good description of the object, but is not usable in OSM - no software can understand it. Only tags that are described in the wiki or are available in the menues in the editor should be used.

I notice that the outer boundary is somehow similar to the one of Manamisoa, but it doesn't fit properly - shouldn't they be equal?

Also, there are several "shape..." tags which shouldn't be in OSM. Could you fix that?

"winter_service:cycling:net" ist ein merkwürdiges Tag an einer Straße. Der Begriff "cycling" wird in OSM nur an Sportanlagen verwendet. Für normale Wege müsste es entweder "cycleway" oder "bicycle" sein. cycleway wäre wohl korrekt, da es hier ja um die Räumung der Radwege geht.
