this is no longer a service road; no vehicle turns are possible, as there's a barricade where the road was. access to the parking lot is from a new left-turn curb cut a little ways down. a future edit will square off the construction area and document the turn entry

There is now a protected, two way bike lane on the south side of Judson from Frida Kahlo up to Foerster.
From Frida Khalo the two way protected bike lane extends, on the east side, down to Ocean Ave.
