north of don chee way, a two-way bike lane runs aside the roadway, and the sidewalk is marked as a pedestrian path. signage reinforces this separation. should determine whether these are two cycleways, or have the same configuration as farther north

the ferry observation deck bears a wheelchair=yes tag, which is true once you're there, it's flat. but is there lift access? i only see mapped, and am only aware of, stairs to this level
